Day 1. Arrived to Kathmandou, welcome to the airport, transfer and installation in hotel 2 stars near Thamel and 10 minutes far from DURBAR SQUARE. All participant have to give a cop of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance . This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in case of accident or sickness during trekking. In case of your insurance don't accept helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu and take responsibility that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses paid by Nepal Ecology Green Treks for your helicopter rescue or research. Without this aggrement, you cannot participate fott the trek. All our guides and porters are insured and fully equiped.
