During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

The Mera Peak is an ideal ascension for those who want to make trek in "more then 6000m" in conditions as those of the normal way of the White Mountain. A top little difficult technically, by the snow-covered slopes. The extraordinary views on the Everest, Lhotsé, Makalu and Cho Oyu, all besides of 8000m.
