FOOD IN TREK
During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

Trekking  program

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Gyalthum, 2 Rivers Lodge, (Place of our Humanitarian help). by local bus.
Day 3: Departure from 2 River Lodge(1400m) for the small village of TIMBU (1800m) about 5 hours walk.
Day 4: Day a few more difficult, departure from TIMBU for THARKEGAYANG Sherpa village and Tibétain to 2700m of altitude with temple and small monastery. (6h at 7 hours walk). To the departure of TIMBU stiff enough rise during 3h about until KAKANI (1000m of made uneven). from 2000m, wild Rhododendron Forests of which some reach 10m of top, flowering in February. March and April. Several varieties of orchids according to seasons
Day 5: Departure from THARKEGAYANG for SARMATHANG (2700m), Buddhist village and brahmines. A superb panoramic view on chain himalayenne, to see behind the temple of Sarmathang.
Day 6: Departure of SARMATHANG to return to the Lodge of the 2 Rivers.
Day 7: 2 Rivers lodg to Kathmandu by local bus.
Day 8: Departure to airport 3 hours before your plane leaving time

 
Price includes: 2 star hotel in Kathmandu with breakfast. TREKS in LODGES. All the trek in complete pension, lodging and meal in the Lodgeses (local food of quality, meals are not ordered by each , but according to the menu proposed by the guide). All transports from the departure of trek indicated. (go/back on places of the trek and during the trek). Accompaniment by a professional Guide speaking English and a porter for 2 people, to carry your bags (maximum 20 kg from 2 people). To Kathmandu, reception at the airport the airport, transfers hotel airport hotel, permit of treks and national parks, reconfirmation of return tickets.
Note: If you want to stay in 4 or 5 star hotel in Kathmandu and private vehicle to go and back from trek, please consult us.
Price not include: Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu, drinks (except teas or coffee of the breakfast), entrances of monuments and cities. Your insurances, plane from your country, airport taxes.
