FOOD IN TREK
During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food.
During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

:: Trekking in Dolpo Region ::

Trekking in Dolpo region needsexperience and excellent physical condition, crossing of 2 pasTrek In Dolposes at more than 5000m. Itinerary studied with a view for having a good acclimatization to altitude. Certain paths are not easy but present no noteworthy technical difficuties. From 4 to 7 hours of walk per day in accordance with the altitude. This is one of the great treks of Nepal. This region, ancient Tibetan kingdom, was forbidden until 1990 to tourism, was opened since, only for limited trekkers in group.

INSURNANCE
All participant have to give a cop of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance . This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in case of accident or sickness during trekking. In case of your insurance don't accept helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu and take responsibility that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses paid by Nepal Ecology Green Treks for your helicopter rescue or research. Without this aggrement, you cannot participate fott the trek. All our guides and porters are insured and fully equiped.
