FOOD IN TREK
During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

Trek Itinerary
D1 Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
D2 Kathmandu free day.
D3. Leaving Kathmandu to Pokhara (919m) by tourist bus, about 6h, ( by plane US $ 80 per person) and drive up to Phedi (1346m) (Night in Lodge).
D4. Phedi to Landrung (1646m) Night in Lodge
D5. Landrung to Ghandrung (1951m) Night in Lodge
D6. Ghandrung to Birethanti (1121m), drive to Pokhara. Night in hotel near of lake.
D7. Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus.(Back to Kathmandu by plane US $ 80 per person)
D8. Departure to airport 3 hours before your plane leaving time.

Price on the base of 2 to 3 pax = 310 US $
(Single Supplement = 125 US $)
PRICE INCLUDE: Trek in Lodge. All the treks in full board, accommodation and meals in the Lodges (local food of good quality, ordered by guide). All the transports from the start of trek (go/back from the place of trek). Accompany by a professional English speaking guide and a porter for 2 persons (20 kg maximum from 2 persons). In Kathmandu: reception at the airport and transfer to 2 star hotel, Permit of trek and national parks and reconfirmation of return ticket.
Note: If you want to stay in 4 or 5 star hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara with private vehicle for go and back from trek, please consult us.

PRICE NOT INCLUDE: Lunch and Dinner in Kathmandu and Pokhara, drinks during all stay or trek, (except teas or coffee in breakfast). Entrance fee of monuments, cities, museums, your insurance, Nepali visa (30 dollars cash), plane ticket from your country and airport taxes.
