During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

Day .1Arrival in kathmandu, welcome at airport & transfer to hotel
Day .2 Kathmandu- free day (hotel included)
Day .3 Departure from Kathmandu for Besishar (950 meters) by local bus.
Day .4 Departure from Beshisahar for NAGDI (5 hours walk) good view on the Natti chulli(7800 meters). Start of long climbing upto day 11
Day .5 Departure from NAGDI for JAGAT 14oo meters(6 hours approximately),ancient customs station with tibet.
Day .6 Departure from Jagat for DHARAPANI(2000 meters -6 hours)
Day .7 Departure from Dharapani for CHAME(2685 meters)5 hours-first tibetian village.
Day .8 Departure from Chame for PISANG(3200 meters)5 hours
Day .9 Departure from Pisang for MANANG(3535 meters)5 hours. typical tibetian village, monastery, stupa. view on annapurnas II & IV.
Day .10 . Manang rest. Acclimatization day for the altitude.
Day .11 Departure from Manang for LEDHAR(4250 metres) 4h
Day .12 Departure from Ledhar for THORANG PHEDI(4700 meters)3h.
Day .13 Departure from THORANG PHEDI for MUKTINATH (3800 meters)ca.8 hours-crossing by pass of Thorang la at 5416 meters. This stage is peculiar because some strong winds start in pass at 0800 hours in morning. It is therefore necessary to leave from Thorang Phedi at 0200 hours in morning approximately for crossing pass on time.It is thus necessary to provide for some electric lamps(forehead if possible)for being able to walk at night for 3hours (provide spare battery)
Day .14 Muktinath 3800 meters, Free day (interesting temple)
Day .15 Departure from Muktinath for Jomsom 2715 meters
Day .16 Departure from Jomsom for Pokhara by plane. Night in hotel.
Day .17 Departure form Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus (If you come by flying over the mountain the supplementry is 80 US $ P.P.)
Day .18 Transfer to airport 3 hours before your plane leaving time.
Price includes: All the trek in full board.Plane tickets from Jomsom to Pokhra . TREK IN LODGE. Accommodation and meal in the Lodges (local good food ordered by the guide). All the transports (to and from the points of trek and during the trek). Accompanying by a professional English speaking guide and a porter for 2 persons, to carry your bags (maximum 20kg from 2 persons). IN KATHMANDU: Welcome at the airport, transfer hotel/airport. 2 star hotel in Thamel with breakfast, rooms with double bed/shower, Trek national park permit . Reconfirmation of return ticket. IN POKHARA : Standard hotel near of lake.
Note: If you want to stay in 4 or 5 star hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara with private vehicle for go and back from trek, please consult us.

Price not include: The drinks, (out of breakfast tea or coffee) .The lunch and dinner in Kathmandu and Pokhara (except breakfasts), the entry of town and museums, the nepali visa fee, plane ticekts from your country, your trekking and travel insurance and all airport taxes.
