FOOD IN TREK
During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

 5 Nights hotel with breakfast 

Day.1. Arrival in Kathmandu, welcome; the airport and transfer to hotel.
Day.2. Free day in Kathmandu . Hotel included.
Day 3. Departure form Kathmandu for Pokhara by tourist bus. Night in hotel near of the lake. hotel included
Day.4: Departure form Pokhara to Phedi (in bus or taxi), and Trek until Dhampus (1346m).
Day.5 . leaving for Landruk (1646m).
Day.6. leaving for Chhomrong (2177m)
Day.7. leaving for Himalayan Hotel (3048m).
Day.8. We join the Machhapuchhare Base Camp (3700m).
Day.9. Day of trek until Base Camp of Annapurna (4631m).
Day.10. Leaving Base Camp, coming down on Doban (2388m)
Day.11. We continue to Kymrung Danda (1712m).
Day.12. leaving for Gandruk (1951m) and discovery of Gurung village
Day.13. Walk until Birethanti (1121m) and bus for Pokhara.
Day.14 Leaving POKHARA by TOURIST BUS for KATHMANDU. (If you want to come back by plane, flying over the Himalayas, an additional supplement of 80 US $ P.P.).
Day .15. Transfer to airport 3 hours before your plane leaving time.
 
Price includes: All the trek in full board. TREK IN LODGE. Accommodation and meal in the Lodges (local good food ordered by the guide). All the transports (to and from the points of trek and during the trek). Accompanying by a professional english speaking guide and a porter for 2 persons, to carry your bags (maximum 20kg from 2 persons) IN KATHMANDU: Welcome at the airport, transfer hotel/airport. 2 star hotel in Thamel with breakfast, rooms with double bed/shower, Trek national park permit . Reconfirmation of return ticket. IN POKHARA : Standard Hotel near of lake.
Note: If you want to stay in 4 or 5 star hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara with private vehicle for go and back from trek, please consult us.

Price not include: The drinks, (out of breakfast tea or coffee) .The lunch and dinner in Kathmandu and Pokhara (except breakfasts), the entry of town and museums, the nepali visa fee, plane ticekts from your country, your trekking and travel insurance and all airport taxes.
