FOOD IN TREK
During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

Day. 1. Arrival in Kathmandu, Welcome at airport, Transfer to Hotel.
D.2. Free day in Katmandu.
D.3. Departure from Kathmandu to Besishahar 750m by local bus. 6h
D.4. Besisahar to Nagdi 860 m, 5 h 30. This route is same as for the Round Annapurnas.
D.5. Ngadi to Jagat. 1400 m, 5 h
D.6. Jagat to Dharapani, 1943 m . 6 h
D.7. Dharapani to Chame 2713 m. 6h
D.8. Chame to Pisang. 3185 m, 6h.
D.9. Pisang to Pisang Base camp 4180 m. 5 h
D.10. Rest day in Base Camp 4180 m
D.11. Base Camp to Pisang High Camp 5200 m. 5h
D.12. Submit Pisang Peak (6091 m) and return to Base Camp 9 h.
D.13. Base Camp to Manang. 3530 m. 5 h
D.14. Manang to Thorong Phedi. 4420 m. 6h.
D.15. Thorong Phedi to Thorong La(5440m) for Mukthinath 3812m8h
D.16. Muktinath to Jomosom 2713 m .6 h
D.17. Jomsom to Kalopani 2560m.
D.18. Kalopani to Tatopani 1189m. (the source of Hot water)
D.19. Tatopani to Ghorepani 2775m. 6h.
D.20. Ghorepani to Hille (1510m) after climbing Poon Hill 3200m 5h.
D.21. Hille for 2h to Birethanti 1307 and to Pokhara by Local bus.
D.22. Leaving Pokhara to Kathmandu by local bus
D.23. Free day in Kathmandu.
D.24. Transfer to airport 3 hours before your plane departure time.
Note:If you want 4 or 5 stars hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara with private vehicle to go and back from Trek, consult us.

Price include: Whole the trek in full board. TREKS IN TENT. Accompaniment by a professional mountain Guide and a porter for 2 porters to carry your luggage (maximum 20 kg from 2 people). Trekking team with professional Guide, cook and porters. Lodging under tent, meal prepared by the cook. In Kathmandu, reception at the airport, transfers to hotel/airport. 2 stars hotel of standard quality with breakfasts. Shower & Hot water. Quite Hotel with restaurant, in Thamel centers. Trekking Permits and national parks. In Pokhara: Standard hotel with breakfast.
Price not include:. Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu and Pokhara (except the breakfasts), drinks, (except teas or coffee of the breakfast). Entrances of monuments, cities and museums, nepali visa (30 dollars cash), your insurance, plane from your country and airport taxes.
Note:This climbing Trek need good physical fitness, walking and climbing experiance and sound health. Need to bring 4 passport size photos for trekking permits and for visa.
