During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

Trekking  program
D1. Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
D.2. Kathmandu. Free day.
D.3. Departure from Katmandu to Pokhara 915 m by tourist bus.
D 4. Pokhara to Jomosom 2713 m by plane and start the trek to Kagbeni 2810 m. 4h
D 5. Kagbeni a rest day, visit and acclimatization .
D 6. Kagbeni for Muktinath 3802 m. 4 hours
D 7. Muktinatth for Jomosom on 2713 m . 6 hours
D 8. Jomosom for Kalopani 2560 m. 5h. 30 mn
D 9. Kalopani for Tatopani 1189 m. 6 hours
D10. Tatopani for Ghorepani 2775 m. 6 hours
D11. Ghorepani 1. 30 to Poon Hill, beautifull point of view at 3193 m and departure to Hille, 1510 m. 4 h
D12. Hille for Birethanti 1037 m (3 hour) and Pokhara. Night in Hotel
D13. Pokhara to Katmandu by tourist bus.(By plane supplement of 80 US $ P.P.)
D14. Transfer to airport 3h before the plane departure time 
 
Price includes: All the trek in full board.Plane tickets from Pokhara to Jomsom TREK IN LODGE. Accommodation and meal in the Lodges (local good food ordered by the guide). All the transports (to and from the points of trek and during the trek). Accompanying by a professional English speaking guide and a porter for 2 persons, to carry your bags (maximum 20kg from 2 persons). IN KATHMANDU: Welcome at the airport, transfer hotel/airport. 2 star hotel in Thamel with breakfast, rooms with double bed/shower, Trek national park permit . Reconfirmation of return ticket. IN POKHARA : Standard hotel near of lake.
Note: If you want to stay in 4 or 5 star hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara with private vehicle for go and back from trek, please consult us.
