During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

Trekking team with professional Guide, cook and porters. Lodging under tent, meal prepared by the cook. In Kathmandu, reception at the airport, transfers to hotel/airport. 2 stars hotel of standard quality with breakfasts. Shower & Hot water. Quite Hotel with restaurant, in Thamel centers. Trekking Permits and national parks. IN POKHARA: Standard hotel near lake.
